Genmaicha, means literally “brown rice tea” in Japanese and is a mixture of usually high-quality Sencha leaves and roasted popped brown rice kernels.  The tea has a savoury fragrance and a nutty flavor. Genmaicha is a tea suitable for casually consumption.
